Sky extension cable?

I'm moving furniture around and need a sky extension cable, can anyone tell me if this one is any good? Does this one come with what I need, I don't want to have to buy something else. Any reply much appreciated, thanks

Argos sell a pre-made up lead, no messing about required(remember to get 2 if you have sky+)
