I have got the usual Sky set up ... Sky Box and telly in the lounge but I would like another smaller telly in the bedroom which can receive the same Sky channels. Sky offer a multi-room package with another box and additional £10 monthly subscription but is there another cheaper way to achieve this? Thanks ...........

  1. The simplest/cheapest  solution is to run a co-axial cable from your SKY box to the 2nd tv, simple to do but remember you'll need to get the sky box to send the signal to the 2nd tv by doing this:

on remote press, in this order:

Services / System Setup / 01 Select / RF Outlets / then turn RF Outlet power supply to ON

    Hope this helps

  2. hiya, to watch the same programs in the other room,as well as the living room tele,to the bedroom tele.one long ariel with a break/join in it.no extra money to pay .mine has been like this for 10+years.never have had any trouble with it.xx

  3. yes and no cos multi room add the power to watch diffrent things in both rooms but you can buy audio and video senders and recivers but that will only display what is on on the other tv
