Sky + (plus) box keeps switching its viewing mode to a zoom setting! Why? and what can I do about it?

While watching any channel on sky, it just suddenly puts itself into zoom mode for no reason. I have checked the aspect ratio etc, which is all normal. The only way we can correct the screen size is switching it off and on again which is annoying when its happening every 10 seconds, generally if we just leave it alone it corrects itself after about 10 seconds, but does anyone know what we can do about this or why its doing it!

Just so you know I don't think its the tv's fault as when the sky box is switched off and we are watching the tv's own freeview channels the screen size is normal.

Have you tryed going into your tv setting and putting it into letterbox mode also try doing the same thing on sky +
