Sky plus different screen sizes?

just got sky plus but the picture on my tv keeps changing size on different channels did not have this with the old sky digital can anyone help thank you.

it is the settings that you have on the cable box. the picture is changing due to your screen size which is 16:9 and the analogue channels are coming in by 4:3 while the HD channels coming in 16:9.

So, HD channels will fill in the whole TV screen, while analogue channels will not fill up the whole screen.

Try to set the box for auto-format changing (you can refer to the manual or call their customer service)
