This bloody annoys me because where I live it only has to rain heavily or get a bit windy and I lose my signal completely. This also happens to my neighbors as well. I asked Sky what they were doing to resolve this problem and they say that there is nothing they can do. I pointed out that in this day and age with all the technology available it is about time that they sorted it. I said that I am paying nearly £50 a month for something that I cannot watch in bad weather so what would happen if I cut my payments accordingly to just include what I have been able to watch and their response was "we will cut you off completely". So much for customer satisfaction.lol

as others have said, poor signal, weather, dish could be a little out of line, you don't need a booster, if you have a bad picture you only boost bad picture, if it happens often id think about a new home for your dish,

that happens to us frequently - its most likely due to windy conditions.  We couldn't get access to any channels the other day so unplugged it at the wall for about 5 minutes, cleaned the card and then it worked again - got the channels back but kept flickering - it was windy though!
