Sky / remote notworking

Question

Came in, telly on, tried to change channel, remote not changing channel. It lights on the remote and on the sky box but doesnt do anything. remote does change TV channel. unplugged sky box for 20 minutes, plugged back in and not getting sky full stop remote still lighting box but not doing anything, pressing buttons on box not working, Cant even get sky help channel

press interactive on control and then 5 for customer service. follow instructions on how to do program your remote control.

look behind your tv, get make and model number and then see if you can find the code.  if you cant find the exact one try and get the closest to it.
