Sky subtitles disappeared?

Question

My skybox will not show any subtitles today. I have tried switching it off for 15 seconds, resetting and switching subtitles on again.. but no difference. I have tried different channels and checked that the programmes on do have subtitles. Have had it for 8 months with no problems before. Any thoughts?

You should phone your local sky company! it`s not a big prob!!

it always does that for me

try unplug the box and plug it back in

that works for me sometimes

press home, settings, then change display and audio settings, then then scroll down to subtitiles and scroll right to change it. then tv and that should work. =]
