  1. On your remote control press services, then 4 then 6 and check the signal strength and quality, the strength should be about 75% up the scale and the quality about 50% if not you have a dish alignment or LNB problem

  2. NO...probably because its above your garage.

i reduced mine and have no problems what so ever....my dish is on my house as are 90% of the dishes i shouldnt wonder.

freeview is c**p...are you sure it works in your area and you'll get every channel you want without any interruption  to it?

Ive yet to see a freeview that works properly.

  3. I stopped bothering to even pay for the service. Sky is rubbish, as a remost of the pay-per-view add-ons!

It is still happily working some 4 years down the line!

The most common reception problem has nothing to do with the antenna, but with LOOSE SCART PLUGS!

  4. Is there a large tree in front of the dish? you can judge this by times the tree if it fell would have to be 1 1/2 times the height from the dish. If the tree is closer then it will be that, that is messing your signal if not then the dish needs aligning.Yes the world has gone mad because euro bureaucrats not govern health and safety for the engineers, Its the same for BT window cleaners and all sorts making there jobs harder. No its not because you have reduced your package.hope all this helps.
