Ok for a week after a month of phone calls guy comes back..Recons Its my dish wich is just above the Garrage roof,Wants to drill a hole in house to secure his ladder quotes elf and safety has the world gone totaly bonkersTold him to get lost going to get freeveiw.Do you think I am having all this trouble because I reduced my Sky veiw payment from max to minimum

I don't think you reducing your plan had a thing to do with it. I think that is simply the way the service industry has become.

Their attitude has become - "Customers are no longer important but rather an issue we have to deal with".

You see it everywhere but it is very predominate in the satellite/cable TV and with cell phone providers.
