SkyStar-2 polarization voltage

Question

Hello to all, I have a problem in my skystar2 I can not receivetransponders in the polarization H I measured the voltage of theconnector skystar and change to a transponder in H and the tension was13v. But in the polarization H should have 18v. The skystar does not send the voltage of 18V to switch the polarization of LNB. Does anyone know any solution?Thanks in advanceTechnisat - Skystar2 Rev 2.3
