Are they affiliated with microsoft certified/partner, and are they a legitimate affiliate of microsoft.

but also looks like you got 1 of those fake emails saying you have won money

they are a despatch company with this warning on their site

FRAUD ALERT:

We have become aware that attempts have been made to defraud members of the public by unauthorised use of the Skyline Despatch Ltd name, via e-mail communications.

The e-mail communication informs the recipient that they have won a large sum of money and that the cheque is being held by Skyline Despatch Ltd prior to despatch to the recipient. Payment is requested by money transfer before the cheque will be delivered. Please note that Skyline Despatch Ltd would never request money in this manner.
