Is there a Skype Adapter for regular phone that I can connect to my router instead of connecting it to my PC via a USB?

  1. Not to my knowledge.  That's where Magic JAck has the advantage over Skype.  You can buy a Skype phone But I think it's pricey.

    It come with the adapter and you can plug any landline phone into it.

    Corded or cordless.

    I have my MJ plugged into my wiring grid and have it available through out my entire home anywhere there is a phone jack.

    There are MANY Skype adapters to choose from that connect directly to your Nat-Router, Modem, or Wireless-G devices.  However, these devices come with their own cordless or wireless-g phones.  Not directly pluggable by a regular phone.

    They do tend to be a bit pricy though.
