Slacker Radio?

I am considering getting a slacker radio. But i have a mac and I am not really sure if i can use it if i have a mac. What are the things I will be unable to do if I have a mac?

It is fully functional with a Mac or PC.  The stations refresh either through USB or a WiFi connection.  I believe for adding your own mp3s it works just like a USB storage device.

I have heard that this portable player still needs some work and is quite buggy.
