This is a joke right?? Jimi was incomparably better when it comes to rhythm, feeling, originality, tonal precision...maybe the only draw would be when it comes to technical abilities. It's like comparing Kylie Minoque to Aretha Franklin or Patti Labelle.

There would be no Slash w/out Hendrix.  Having said that, I like them both.

They both have such distinctly different styles.  Both guitarists have an amazing sound, so amazing that before you realize what song you're listening to, you already know whether you're hearing Jimi or Slash.  

I really can't pick; I choose both.
