FC Krasnodar manager has confirmed that the Armenian-American footballer is set to leave the Russian Premier League club in search of greener pastures when the transfer window re-opens

Muslin announced the club’s shocking decision with a heavy heart as he previously assured the fans of trying his level best to retain the striker at the Krasnodar-based club for a longer period.
Highlighting the reason behind Movsisyan’s departure, the Serbian tactician insisted that the 25-year-old wants to play for a big club that regularly play in bigger competitions such as UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League.
“We understand that Movsisyan has ambitions and he definitely want to play in teams that are fighting for a place in the European competitions which we cannot offer him at the moment.”
“Several clubs are after him and I think he will leave in the upcoming transfer window. He wants to play in teams that are either struggling to hit the European Cups, or already playing in them. I can only wish him luck in the
near future.”
“This is a great loss for Krasnodar. Movsisyan has been exceptional for the club in terms of his abilities and character.” The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Red-Star-c40350 Belgrade man was quoted as saying.
However, the 59-year-old remained tight-lipped over telling the name of the interested club to whom they are negotiating over the terms and conditions, and the proposed fee for the sale of their prized asset.
If speculations are to be believed, Spartak Moscow are in pole position to sign Movsisyan after the former Real Salt Lake player impressed Valery Karpin with an eye-catching display and scintillating form since the start of the
ongoing campaign.
The newly appointed Spartak coach wants Movsisyan to end the Moscow-based club’s offensive problems.
News in Russian media suggested that the Spartachi are likely to offer Movsisyan, who already scored nine goals in 13 league appearances, a five-year contract with an expected 3.5 million Euros annual salary.
