Question:

Sleep Insomnia Problem?

I have chronic sleep insomnia and I have a horrible time trying to fall asleep. I've looked at everything I can find in magazines and the internet but nothing really works for me. Do you know a site (or you yourself) have an ideas on how I can find it easier to fall asleep?

  1. Are you awake late often? When you feel tired (and if you're able) just collapse into bed for a nap. That'll help you get rest, but you'll end up in bed by usual. Try to clear your thoughts. If you're mind is cluttered and buzzing around, it'll be difficult to expect to drift off. Try music.

Hope you get sleep. Insomnia is horrible D:

  2. hmmm make sure your bed is comfortable and warm enough, you may have to change some aspects of your lifestyle cut down on stimulants (junk food, coffee, soda). Exercise regularly and extend your bedtime even if you feel sleepy earlier.

    Don't sleep during the day

don't take stimulants to try and sleep

you tend to be more stressed less relaxed due to your situation so accept things if they can't change in your life and try to relax by exercsing yoga, think positive thoughts, give youself some quiet time take a walk in the morning
