  1. I don't know exactly why you are beating yourself up but try watching funny movies before bed

  2. Well, depending on how you feel about "demons" and "exorcisms", I'd suggest going to see your doctor. It seems like you may have some deep dark secrets in your subconscious or repressed memories. The doc may put you on sleeping assist medications or refer you to a psychiatrist who can help you understand what you're going through.

As far as the bruises, marks, etc., you are either sleepwalking, or thrashing around so hard in the bed that you're either hitting the bedframe, the wall, or yourself!

  3. Hi, i saw your profile and the questions you asked. It seems you are a sweet natured person.

Here one of my friend also had the same problem. Now he is fine.

Don't sleep were u r sleeping now. Change your bed to some other room.

If you had this problem don't even think about s*x. Usually a weak mind get affected easily.

If you are alone or in bed try to think of something u liked or any travel u enjoyed. Just divert your mind. Be strong. Nothing will happen. Don't worry.

I will ask my friend regarding this and mail u.

  4. It this is real and you are not just putting us on. I would say go to the doctor first let them know what is happening to you. I had a friend who would sleep walk as they say and she would wake up with marks on her. as for the dreams maybe you are having issues that you need to deal with in life and it is coming thru in your dreams. Last would be maybe an evil spirit is around you and you need to get some holy water and ask God to take it away. Say a prayer before bed asking God to send only good dreams and guide and protect you and your family.  Good luck God Bless

  5. It sounds like you may be sleep walking and doing what you are dreaming. This very well could be a repetive pattern of self abuse. You should seek professional help as you might wind up really hurting your self. This problem usually stems from some type of trauma you may recently have experienced and not resolved.

  6. I would contact your Dr NOW!

You could be having seizures in your sleep.  There are many causes but most are deadly if not treated.

If you are seizing in your sleep it could cause your brain to interpret the pain into your dream state and that is why your dreams are matching up to your bruising.

The more often that this happens to your body it could cause permanate brain or mobility impairments.

Blood and air are usually cut off from your brain at the time of seizure and this could lead to the feeling of disconnection with yourself (looking into the eyes of another person)

Talk to a phsycian right away and if this is NOT your problem....

Seek out a preist for an exercsim

  8. you could be possessed or someting a demon is in the house and if it is you need to get a preist or someone that is trained to help you i am not sure what is wrong but its not right nad you should (parents also) get someone in there an dsee what is going on.
