Sleep deprivation help?

Currently, I am experiencing aching muscles, dizziness, hallucinations, decreased mental activity and concentration, stuffy nose, and blurred vision due to lack of sleep.

Will these be a long term effect or will these just fade out if I get enough sleep next time?

  1. Try sleeping more next time

    and if you're still feeling them after say a week or so you might want to see a doctor


  2. Sleep 8 hours and you should recover.  The human body is a pretty neat instrument.

    I wish I could build a machine that would run on coffee, bagels, fast food and microwave dinners...I AM that machine!

  3. They will fade. Trust me. Although - your lack of sleep could be making you sick. (stuffy nose.)

    I've been there...many times before.

    I've ran on two hours of sleep for a week one time...not fun.
