Sleep learning?

so can you do sleep learning at home? ie have like some kind of audio playing over while your sleeping?

  1. You may find you can learn more from you're dreams than any tape can tell you :)


  2. Mostly, playing audio all night while you sleep will just keep you from getting the deep restful sleep you really need.

  3. No...lots of research has been done.  It has shown to not work....(college psychology professor)
