Sleep problem ???????????

Ok I know I won't be able to sleep because school is tomorrow. I love school. Please help me get to sleep. sleep 9:30 pm.

  1. You could try reading something really boring-I used to read Isaiah in the Bible sometimes when I couldn't get to sleep.  Weird, I know.  But it works-it doesn't make sense at all, and it's LOOOONG!

    Seriously, when I can't get to sleep, it's usually because there are a hundred thoughts swirling around in my head.  So I turn on the light, write down all the things I'm worried I'll forget during the night, and all the other stuff I'm stressing about.  Somehow, putting it on paper makes it so I can relax and let go of the stresses.  I'm not forgetting about them, I'm just setting them aside so I can sleep.

  2. What you will need is a counter and a rubber mallet. With both hands on the handle swing at the counter really hard.  You should wake up the next day. LOL.
