Question:

Sleep problems? Restless eyes? ?

Ok, I've always been sort of a bad sleeper, most nights I'm ok falling asleep, but sometimes I just can't fall asleep.

And lately, I have been up for hours after I go to bed because my of my eyes. It's like, the rest of my body and my brain is super tired, but my eyes are wide awake. I'll close them and think I'm going to get to sleep, but then my eyes will start moving all over the place, and they'll go to the top and there'll be this fuzziness, like a TV. And I'll try to move them without opening my eyes, and they'll cross and that's really uncomfortable. It's like I'm fighting with them to calm down, and it's affecting my sleep. I don't go on the computer before bed, and I try to watch less TV before I go to bed, but I'm wondering if there's something wrong. I don't want to take sleeping pills or anything like that.

Thanks in advance.
