Very high if the person applying the sleeper hold knows how to work the submission move properly.The pressure is on the carotid artery which pumps blood to the brain.The sleeper cuts off this blood supply which if applied for long enough, causes brain damage, breathing problems and eventual suffocation.Which is why when wrestlers apply a sleeper hold,it's an immediate tap out or counter move.
