i've been on sleeping pills on and off.. for two years. i have been working with doctors to get on schedule. when i went off of sleeping pills 2 weeks ago, everything was going really well.. i was sleeping when i needed to be and waking up at the hour i needed to wake up at.
but right now, i am not able to wake up in the morning at the time i need to be. i sleep through my alarm, i have an alarm clock for deaf people (its loud and vibrates). now i am just not able to go to sleep at the right time.
i don't want to start taking anything again because its a crutch.
i have done the whole schedule thing where you wake up at the same time and sleep at the same time. and when you wake up you sit in the sun for at least 30 minutes. at 5 take melatonin. i exercise atleast 3 times a week
is there any other way to get myself to sleep and awake at the time that i need to be up at.
please help!!
