Sleeping mysteries??

Question

last night i was sleeping and i awoke in the middle of the night. i was frozen...i couldnt move and i was dizzy and nauseous and it almost felt like it i was drunk. it happened twice to me last night? what happened to me?

ive had that happen once, i think its wen mabey ur brain is awake, but ur other muscles are resting exept ur eyes

It's normal. You were most likely in a deep sleep and your body was in a relaxed state.

after a night of getting boned up the ***, that is normal

That sounds like "sleep paralysis".  It's not harmful and nothing to worry about.  It is a bit scary, though.  I've experienced it a few times, but not since my teens.

i think its sleep paralysis. my friend says he has it sometimes. when he sleeps over i ask him if he had it and he sometimes does.
