Just wondering how many people sleep with their ducted heating on overnight? I heard everyone in my mothers group talking about it the other day and I had no idea what they were talking about at first because I have never left the heating on overnight. It never really crossed my mind. My baby girl is 5 months old and always dressed warm with sleeping bag and blankets etc. Is there really a need to leave the heating on? I guess I never thought about it as I dont think my mum ever left any heating on overnight for me. Is it a bad thing not to leave it on. She is warm in the morning other than her fingers that she chews on all night!! Very curious please.

  1. You must be in the southern hemisphere ?  It's summer in the northern.  No, there's no need to leave the heating on.

  2. well for me it depended on the weather ...if it was a particularly cold night i might turn it up just a wee bit but i usually kept it at around 74-76 and found that it was just fine...i noticed my son is alot like me he has trouble sleeping if its too hot...so i guess it depends on the child if your daughter seems fine then its ok
