Question:

Sleeping problem does anyone understand my symptoms?

Well recently my sleeping habits have been horribly messed up, I can go to bed at 12 o' clock and not fall asleep til 5 am also on nights that i rarely fall asleep right away i can sleep for 15 hours and not wake up unless my mom physically drags me out of bed. I don't know what to do i'm never awake on time for anything and my alarm clock cant wake me up.

Does anyone at all know what this might be?

  1. you mite have sleep apnia and if thats the case then you need to go to a dr and get something prescribed. cuz rite now im the same way cuz of my newborn and i know how bad it is..


  2. this might be dsps(delayed sleep phase disorder) especially if your eating habits have chanegs also. check out these websites for symptoms and just information.

    it could also be any other sleep disorder. maybe go into more for more information. it this lasts longer than 2 months i would go see a doctor. mine diagnosed me with it and gave me a prescription. so its definatley worth it.

  3. I have the same problem. It sucks, i dont know what is it but the only way to fix is just fall a sleep at a decent hour ( 9 or 10 ) sleep aids help, so does cough medicine.  then wake up early. Get your body into a schedule.


  4. i have insomnia and it's caused by stress. I use melatonin. 1  3mg pill half an hour bfore bedtime works well for me. once in a while it doesn't work, but usually it does. it's a great alternative to sleeping pills b/c there are no side affects.  it's a natural hormone and you can buy it off of the shelf at just about any store.
