Sleeping problems!?

Ugh. My sleeping schedule is all messed up! I can't go to sleep until like 10 in the morning, and then i FINALLY fall asleep... and don't get up until dinner time which is like 6 at night. I know... all i have to do is when i stay up till 10 in the morning, i make myself stay up until dinner time, and then fall asleep at a normal time... but it's just sooo hard!!! Any suggestions?! Plz and thanks!!!!=]]

  1. well maybe ur ddrinking caffeine or maybe u are taking energy drinks or pills and dont worry becasue that will make u stay up more like i couldnt fall asleep for a time and it was becasue one night i couldnt and then i got nervous about it!

First, you must remind yourself that this is not good for your health, which I think you know.  Then, stay up until the proper bedtime, say 10 or 11 at night.  Just force yourself to that a few times.  Then force yourself to stay in bed all night.  Set the alarm for 8 hours after you go to bed, and force yourself to get up at that time.

    21 iterations make a new habit, so you have to repeat this for at least three weeks, with NO exceptions.  If you miss, start over.  But once you have done it, you will be there.

    Don't take caffeine at all, including coke or other soft drinks with caffeine.  No pills or sleep aids.  Just let your body be natural, and it will assume the new pattern.

    People who work night shifts have health effects of the bad sleep patterns, so be glad you don't HAVE to do that.

    Finally, bring good attitude to this venture, as ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING!
