  1. i use this thing called Tension RX: Nighttime and even I can get to sleep

also you can try reading all day

  2. I sleep all day at school and I'm on the dean's list. Heck, i think the dean himself fell asleep at school too. Most of my fellow students are sound asleep all day. We slept through lunch and woke up to catch the bus home and slept on the bus too.

  3. just start sleeping early

  4. well to get back on track just take 2 advil pm and whatever time you want to go to bed, just so you wake up early the next day then start your routine again

  5. Try staying up and then dont go to sleep and then sleep early

  6. i have that problem to .lately i have started going to sleep an hour earlier so that i could wake up early again and it actually works .hope i helped.

  7. ive had the same problem pretty much my whole life. i bet that when you come home from school you probably take a nap?? don't do this, don't sleep when you come home from school, keep yourself busy, and do whatever you need to do early, like showering or your homework, rather than waiting till night time to do those things. so that at night as soon as you feel sleepy you can go to bed, and you wont have anything holding you back, like homework, taking a shower, straightening your hair, etc. good luck, i really hope that made sense.

  8. Fix you schedule. If not, you will need to incorporate nap schedules where you allow yourself to sleep for thirty minutes or an hour. Then you can drink a little bit of coffee or something that contains caffeine so that you can wake up.
