School is starting soon and I usually have to wake up at 7 AM to get to school on time. During the summer, I usually fall asleep at 1-2 AM and wake up at noon the next day. I really want to keep to a sleeping schedule or something, but I don't know what to do! I want to practice falling asleep and waking up earlier for school. Could you give me some tips?Thanks sooooo much!!!!
