1. Try drinking milk or eating rice before going to bed, both contain melatonin, a natural sleeping aid, which help you sleep better. From http://nosleep.in

  2. U LIVE OVER HERE BY NC DONT U. LOL. YEAH I HAVE THOSE PROBS TOO. TRY GETTING TO BED AT 10 OR 9 30. UR BODY ISNT USED TO THE CHANGE YET. BUT IT WILL. WAIT A COUPLE MORE DAYS

  3. You have most likely disturbed your circadian rythm during the summer. If you have been staying up late and sleeping in during the mornings, you have what is similar to jet lag. It will usually take one day for each hour that you change the rythm to recover. Taking a benadryl 1/2 hour before bed may help you to get to sleep sooner.

  4. Trust me from experiences sleeping problems cn affect you very bad on your studies. I used to get up at about 6:45 and sleep at about 2 in da morning.

Gradually I changed because of the advices from my teachers and parents; I had to because I used to get very bad headaches and i couldn't concentrate in ma class at all. Used to feel weak all day.

The best thing to do is to try sleeping in a comfortable position and in a warm temperature (favourable) . Works for me!!

    Good Luck!!

  5. i kind of had the same problem but i tried to keep myself active by going for jogging and swimming and it helps me to have a nice sleep Avoid sleeping in the day time.

  6. that is because u r head is full in studies so it will happen and also the school opened right so due to some problems it will happen

  7. you are probably just used to staying up late so you can't sleep so soon at night. try doing something vigorous so you burn up that energy beforehand. if all else fails try drinking warm milk then laying in bed with your eyes closed until you fall asleep.

  8. Try going to bed a bit earlier and do some gentle stretches when you wake up to get you body used to waking up early.

    Good Luck!
