Every morning I have to wake up at 4:45 to get ready for school. Then when I get home at 2 I try really hard to stay up the rest of the day. But then I crash on my bed or couch for four hours. Then today after i woke up from that "nap" I went to go eat dinner and went to go watch TV with the family and passed out for three more hours.Any suggestions to help me stay awake all day? I really do not want to be sleeping my days away. It doesn't seem healthy and it's pretty much a waste of a day in my opinion.
