  1. Sleeping too much had twice the increased risk of death from a cardiovascular problem.

Scientists found those individuals who increased the number of hours they slept per night from seven to eight hours or more were more than twice as likely to die within 11-17 years as those who kept sleeping for seven.

Scientists findings indicate that consistently sleeping around seven hours per night is optimal for health and a sustained reduction may predispose to ill-health.

though, Scientists pointed out that there are people who just naturally sleep more or less than that and have no increased health risks.

The other day I was Googling some things and came across some articles that hypothesize that getting too much sleep can actually lead to depression, rather than  death. Or maybe it is circuitous.

While there may still be a lot of controversy about whether or not this is true, here are some very interesting articles for your consideration:

However, for most of us,burning the candle at both ends or sleeping for 9 or more hours is not ideal over prolonged periods in terms of good health.

Sleeping about 11 hours a day, love sleeping.and  having a life, it sounds very heatly to me lol.

I I was in you: Do not worry about if you are  having a life and Sleeping about 11 hours.you must be tired, lol!

    Hope it helps,

    take care

  2. uh.

    no.

at risk for sleeping your life away, though.

    get out and live!

  3. There is always a risk of death in every minute of our lives. No one knows what can happen the next minute.A bee can fly into your mouth when you are asleep and sting you in your throat when you swallow and cause you to choke.Anything can happen.

No you are not at significant risk of death from sleeping or insomnia for that matter.

Do not believe everything you read.

The highest risk you have is the one of sleeping your life away and wasting your potential.

There is also a high risk of being called a lazy bum and being punished for it by your parents or rejected by your friends.
