Sleepless on Effoxor?

I'm taking 150mg of effoxor and am having trouble sleeping. Anybody have any suggestions? I'm willing to take a sleep aid but nothing is working.

Unfortunately, that is one of the side effects of the medication.  Try relaxing, not drinking caffeine several hours before bedtime, and try deep breathing exercises to slow down the heart rate.  If this doesn't work, talk to the doctor.
