Slept in extened wear contacts for months at a time. How long should I wear glasses to get proper oxygen back

I don't want to be told I can't wear contacts anymore and need to make an eye appointment soon.

Well the oxygen should return immediately. Are these contact lenses gas permeable? You will be able to wear your contacts again, just give them a rest.
