Slept with crest whitening strips ow?

so like i woke up and my teeth on the bottem are realllyyy sensitive.. like ive got this permenant retainer on the bottem, and everytime my tongue touches the bar.. its really uncomfortable.. what should i do. and dont tell me to goto a dentist. h**l no.

That happened to me tonight. The packet said DONT sleep with them and only wear it for thirty minutes. Well, I fell asleep and I woke up about 4:30 with this horrible pain on my bottom teeth. I also have a permanent retainer. :( So, hopefully it will go away soon
