Slide guide pin recall?

alright i was browsing through the web this morning and i came across a post that said ruger had a recall on the slide guide pin a while back? (he mentioned this in a p95 thread) any truth to this? i cant find any info on this recall at all. links please.

7/11/08 Update – We are now retrofitting SR9 pistols and continue to send shipping boxes to customers on a weekly basis. As you will see, a number of parts have been changed in the new design.
