Slightly embarrassing but i'm traumatized!?

Question

i heard my sister and her boyfriend having s*x today on accident. she's technically an adult so i don't want to stick my nose in her business. on the other hand, i'm so disgusted. how do i forget about it? i'm afraid this will affect my own relationships- i can't even think about s*x or being intimate without being repulsed! don't say 'talk to her about it'- NOT gunna happen!

As soon as you realized what it was you were hearing you should have removed yourself from within earshot.  To hear enough that you were "traumatized" sounds like you are not quite adult enough to recognize a situation that is less than welcoming.  It was a curiosity thing? Now you're embarrassed? It's all part of growing up.

Ughhhh sammme happened to me ,,, we were like almost in the same room!!!! And I was at someone elses house even!!! So I had nowhere to go! I just eventually forgot about it... imnot sure how

I definatly DIDN'T talk to them about it I just got over it in like a months time,, I mean its still disgusting to think or talk about but u will get over it I promise

you should get over it lol. if shes an adult shes allowed to have s*x. unless your a virgin yourself there should be nothing to be disgusted by
