The SlimFast Drinks you buy in stores, are they really healthy and can hold your hungery up to 4 hours? Will I lose weight drinking theese small switly weight loseing drinks?

I don't think you can loose weight just drinking these drinks.......but I do buy them, because I'm not a breakfast person, so I drink one of these to get my metabolism going.

You will not lose any weight by supressing your hunger. the only way you will lose weight is to learn to control your hunger.
