Has anyone tried and know if it works? It is offered in salon's and typically they use an herbal body clay.

  1. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )

  2. All it does is release toxins and water from your body, It is not bad if that is what you are looking for, but if you don't continue doing it your body will retain the water again and absorb the toxins.

  3. there is NO scientific evidence that body wraps will help you lose weight or rid your body of "toxins". they have been proven to help you lose a lot of weight in only one area... YOUR WALLET! a sure fire way to lose weight for free is very simple: EAT FEWER CALORIES THAN YOU BURN! this works 100% of the time and has worked for millenia. you don't have to joins a costly gym of pay for expensive mud or minerals just start walking around your block 3-4 times a week, go swimming, or biking. eat 3-4 sensible meals a day that are low in fat, high in fiber and complex carbs. for example: a bowl of oatmeal, small glass of juice and fruit for breakfast. baked skinless chicken breast, broccoli and a small sweet potato for lunch. pesto pasta and an heirloom tomato salad for dinner. between each meal you can snack on fruit, yogurt, almonds or even whole wheat bread with peanut butter (or any other nut butter). you can eat all day if you eat whole foods with plenty of fruits and vegetables. that combined with your exercise regime and you won't be able to avoid weight loss.

don't worry about sit ups for your belly and curls for your arm fat, it does not work that way. the way you put on fat is genetic and there is nothing you can do about that. if you stick to your regimen the fat will come off your whole body. the belly and back are the last to go but it will go. good luck and don't give up.
