Slimquick? how is it ?

i was wondering if any one has use slim-quick and how it work if it is any good

  1. Same as all of the rest of them, they are a waste of money.  Unless you are combing them with a lower calorie nutritional plan and exercise plan, they really do not do much of anything.

    If they did, we could all pop them and look like gods.  Eat 6 small meals throughout the day.  Stay away from white bread, white rice and white sugar, instead use whole grain products and when you combine this with a good exercise plan, anyone can lose all the fat they want.

    Remember to change things every 6 weeks or so, as your body gets more efficient and gets used to what you are doing.  The more you do something the less calories you burn doing it.  Always use different exercises as often as possible.
