write the following questions in slope-intercept form .

1.the line containing the point (-13,5) and parallel to 4x + 2y = -7

2. the containing the point (0,-2) and perpendicular to x-4y = 3

3. the line containing the point (2,9) and having a slope of 0

4.The perpendicular bisector of the segment between (-5,3) and (12,3)
