Slow AE Delivery?

I ordered a jacket, tank, tee and pants from American Eagle last Sunday (January 13) and it was free standard shipping (because I spent $100). It said it would take 3-5 business days. I have been tracking my order and the last thing they did with my package was on January 25 and it is in Leetsdale, PA. I live in Sewickley/Pittsburgh, and it's been 6 business days. Why is it aking so f-ing long to ship my package?!?!?

Hard to say, considering that you didn't mention who the carrier is. USPS? UPS? FedEx? DHL? Billy Bobs package Service?

You would be far better off to call the customer service number of what ever carrier is being used, well, except Billy Bob, he never answers cuz he's always on the road.
