Slow development in an embryo/fetus?

Question

what are some reasons why a 9 1/2 week old fetus is developing slowly??

please give details, im so worried that my future neice/nephew will never see us. im really scared for my sister in law too.

maybe your sister in law is not as far as she thinks she is--or has she gone to a dr lately? the baby could no longer be developing...meaning something happened early on and the baby wont make it.
