Slow rotation of the ceiling fan

Question

a few years ago i bought a ceiling fan model P42TIM
it worked just fine for a few years until last year when it started to rotate verry..verry slow - even at the highest speed
i am an electronic technition and have a good thechnical approch - so i wonder if ther is somthing i can do to fix the problem.
