Slow youtube videos?

Question

when I watch youtube videos, the sounds come in fine, but the frames are almost always in slow motion. How can I make my computer fast so that the sounds and frames are in sync.

My computer doesn't have much saved on it, but it is fairly old.

Youtube use flash to display videos, so go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/... and check you have the latest version of flash.

Also close other tabs and browser windows so that Youtube is the only thing accessing the web.
