  1. birth control pills...

ur havin moodswings...the pills will help that

  2. That happens to alot of females, check with your doctor, tell him or her your symptoms, it you do not have a doctor start taking vitamins stay away from caffine start taking vitamin b.

try to avoid stressful situations. Take walks, try to take time for yourself, out doors.

  3. get a life

  4. "Ant tips?"

Spray repellent around your house - Kidding.

Seriously, try the B12 vitamin as suggested above, or talk with you OB/GYN.

I think a lot of women go thru this, they just don't say it.

At least you only feel sluggish.  Most -- eh hem - women get really biatchy around that time of the month.  So If don't have that, thank the Lord.

    Wish you the best.

  5. It may be low iron, but you should ALWAYS get your iron levels checked before you start taking it. Try to book your blood test on the day you're feeling the worst, not when you feel your best. That way if your iron level is dropping with your period it will be picked up easier.

It may also be hormone imbalance, also another good thing to get checked. (I had this problem for the first year I was on the pill, but it slowly seemed to settle down.)

Also, make sure your keeping hydrated. I tend to not drink enough when I'm PMSing, because I'm already retaining fluid and I'm bloated as anything, the last thing I want to do is drink 8 glasses of water a day!

A vit B12, and vit B6 supplement can also help. I find the ones tailored towards stress help the most.

  6. It's normal. Take plenty of B vitamins or eat foods with high B vitamins. Also, eat foods with plenty of iron. We lose iron when we lose blood.

  7. prenatal vitamins is what i take because its full of vitamins and extra iron. it really helps me out i just take one everyday my obgyn says its good for me to also.

  8. I do the same thing. I just take an extra multivitamin and some extra Iron to try to build me up a bit. Try to get some exercise too. Even if you are tired it will release endorphins to help combat it. I tend to drink a soda or two and the caffeine helps me out too. If anyone else has anything better I would love to hear it. BTW birth control pills will actually make it worse. I don't take them anymore because they tended to cause depression in most people I know myself included. Good luck my dear.

  9. The last thing your probably thinking about is exercise, but i swear on it. Force yourself if you have to, but a good sweat always gets me a little more energized. Take midol and go for a jog or a quick twenty minute walk. You'll feel so much better.

  10. I will usually take Vitamin B6 and B12.  They help with the crankyness and help me be more alert .  I really notice when I forget to take them during my period....
