Slumber Party Question?

My daughter is having a slumber party on a friday night for her birthday. What is a good time to have the girls come over after school? and what time is a good time to have parents pick them up in the morning? I am planning on serving pizza and pop friday night and we're doing mani's and pedi's in our home for the girls and making flip flops-- so I don't want it too late- but i dont want to make it too early either!?!? they usually get home around 4pm from the bus. Any suggestions? btw- the girls are around 7-8 years old and are 2nd graders if that makes any difference.

Well it sounds like you have the activities well planned I find having them come at about 6 works, not too late for the pizza, then bed at 10 (for their age is plenty, or even earlier). If you plan a cool breakfast I would have them picked up about 10 or 11 the next day. gives them some time to sleep in, wake slowly and giggle some more before they have to leave.

have them come home with you from school and have the parents pick them up at 3, so they have lots of time to hang out.

a good time for the girls to go to the party would be around 5:30 6:00.

and in the morning you would probably want them gone by 10:00

around five or six would be a good time for the girls to come over since normal dinner is at that time , than picking them up at ten or eleven so they know forsure that they will be up .

Hmm well we usually do 5:00pm-10:00pm. If they get home at 4, then they have a whole hour to get ready, do homework etc.       10 oclock is good because parents have enough time to do their morning business and then they can pick up their child. Also, you arent woken too early and neither are the kids.

I'd say have them arrive at 5:00 or 5:30.  Pick-up should be 10:00 in the morning or so, in case any actually sleep in.  Making flip flops sounds like fun!

6pm. Some parents are at work until 5, and that gives them time to pick up their kids and get home, etc.

10am is good- since they won't sleep at all that night, let them sleep late in the morning, lol

those are the times of most of my sleepovers
