Sm business needs copywriter and graphic design paid by project?

Is this a job post or is this something you're aquiring about through a company that you'd like to do this for?  I'm a little bit confused here.

I do some copywriting and not really good with graphic designs.  

However, if this is a job that you're aquiring about.

Most companys that pay by the project, pay well.  However, I'd check with the BBB before actually submitting anything to a company.

If you'd like to have it done, there is a site that aquires for people to bid on the job.  The lowest bid, in other words "the one that wants the job offers to do the job for a fee", then they normally get the job.  They have feedback ratings to show the type of work they've done, how many hours they've worked and etc.
