March 2012
Smadynium is likely to succeed in the Cheltenham Festival Free Bets With Freebetting.co.uk Standard Open National Hunt Flat Race, which is scheduled to take place on 13th March, 2012.
The 2 mile and 1 furlong race holds a purse of £1,365. The eleven competitors apart from Smadynium are Tornado In Milan, Croco Bay, Dodge The Bullet, Just Cameron, Lord Aratan, Pebbleglen, Stagecoach Jasper, Scheherazadesdream, Gonow, Quintain, and
Wotsitgotodowithu.
Smadynium is getting the attention of the bookmakers and punters based on his seasonal debut. He raced with a fervour much admired by his connections especially his trainer Donald McCain.
Coupled with Henry Brooke, he finished as a runner-up in the Tunstall Standard National Hunt Flat Race (Conditional Jockeys’ And Amateur Riders’ Race), at Catterick, on 12th January, 2012, where he was defeated by a small margin
of a length to winner, Big Water.
The bookmakers are banking on his performance, and hoping for a better encore as opposed to his most recent one.
The son of Smadoun, out of Sea Music, finished in seventh place in a line-up of eleven runners in the Blue Square Winter Carnival Iphone App Standard Open National Hunt Flat Race, which took place at Southwell on 12th February,
2012.
Tornado In Milan, the lightly raced gelding, is showing immense promise. Trained by Evan Williams, the six-year-old has already exhibited phenomenal motivation and strength. The son of Milan, out of mare Julika, finished as a runner-up in his career
debut as he lost to race favourite, Yes Way Hosay, by 2 lengths in the Spawell (C & G) (Pro/AM) INH Flat Race at Wexford on 31st October, 2011.
His next performance delighted the bookmakers as well as his connections, as he lived up to the expectation of race favourite and bagged a victory.
He defeated, Benefit Of Youth, by a neck in the Oddschecker.Mobi Maiden Open National Hunt Flat Race at Ffos Las on 26th December, 2011.
This race will be his first of the season. His trainer has been working hard to ensure that he will deliver a race of the same calibre.
Just Cameron is also one of the most promising newcomers, who has the potential to nail the upcoming race. Trained by Kate Walton, the five-year-old gelding is expected to perform well. This race will be the career debut for the son of Kayf Tara,
out of mare Miss Fencote.
Scheherazadesdream, Lord Aratan, Dodge The Bullet, Quintain and Wotsitgotodowithu will be debuting in this race.
It is speculated that, Smadynium, will bag the victory in this race as long as he shows the same determination he did in his first race. The bettors are hoping that the gelding will not disappoint and accomplish a victory.
It is debated that Tornado In Milan might finish second, but with so many skillful newcomers, it is difficult to say what place he will acquire.
On paper, Just Cameron shows the most potential, but this can only be proved once the race has taken place.
