Small, yellowish ants?, can't see if have wings or not?

Question

crawling around walls, saw several while taping off a room to paint today, house is 9 months old, smaller than an ant outside, don't know what termites look like either?

Very small, can't see wings, or if have them? Randomly saw like 5-10 in 9x10 room this afternoon, ceiling and floor?

Any ideas? Yellow, 3-5 cm long maybe?
